Pastor Dotson was the executive pastor, Christian Education Director, Ministry Trainer, and Church Counselor. He trained and developed new ministers and other church leaders for over twenty-five years. He served in the U.S. Navy, retiring as Senior Chief Electronics Technician. He also functioned as a church administrator, developing the computer system and the General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). He married Mary L. Groves-Dotson(deceased) for 45 years and has one daughter.
