Patience is the founder and CEO of Patience Noah Insurance, an independent insurance agency providing Auto, Home, Business and Group Benefits.

Patience is currently on the board of SKILLUSA Massachusetts, a nonprofit committed to developing students leaders in the career and technical education.
She spends her spare time educating high school and college students on how she went from being fired to starting an independent insurance agency.
