Lyreshia has over twenty years of experience in the mental health field and criminal justice system. After working nine years in a hostile environment as a probation officer, Lyreshia filed a discrimination lawsuit against the NJ Judiciary. Lyreshia founded Bonds Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm where Lyreshia utilizes all her crisis management and conflict resolution skills to educate mankind, advocate for social justice/criminal justice reform and motivate future generations for true change.

Khalid currently serves as a professor at Long Island University where he has taught several courses on evaluating talent in the NBA as well as philosophies of coaching. He is also the community basketball director for New Heights Youth Inc., where he oversees the development of their community basketball initiatives and partnerships. He is currently finishing a book dedicated to black/brown youth and parents in sports. He is the co-founder of the Upnext Podcast.

DeShonda Monique Jennings is an author and Family Child Care Business Coach. She has over 20 years’ experience in childcare and 16 plus in entrepreneurship. She currently serves as an advocate and mentor for children as well as a mentor to women who wish to start a Home-based Childcare Business. Team building plays a role in everything she does. DeShonda is the epitome of what a mother, daughter, grandmother and woman of faith is.

Dr. Tara Hines-McCoy is a former Global HR Professional turned Career and Life Strategist. A leader in empowering audiences to be resilient, this former educator, and girl mother has had a career and life full of obstacles that required action. She now specializes in empowering audiences, especially women to move from adversity to action by redirecting their inner voice to take the path of least resistance.

I am a former Backrub employee... (which is now Google) - where I helped code and patent the search algorithms the world uses today. I teach people how to meet the mathematical algorithmic equation to rank on the first page of Google without paying a dime in ad spend.

Krystal Jackson is a licensed therapist, speaker, and consultant based in CT. She specializes in helping people conquer their self-imposed limits, improve their wellness practices, and successfully navigate life transitions. She has the heart of a teacher and believes everyone knows what they want from life, they just have to listen. When she's out of the therapy room, she enjoys random dance parties, cooking while listening to classic R&B.
