After graduating from college, he went on to receive his certification as a Diversity Practitioner from NTL Institute. Charles Jackson teaches Introduction to Health Disparities to future medical practitioners and serves as Health Equity Director in Baltimore.

Dr. Kami (pronounced kah-MEE) Anderson is an interculturalist, scholar and language advocate. Her primary focus is family empowerment through language with an emphasis on application and confidence. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Spelman College, a Master’s degree in International Affairs/Interdisciplinary Studies in International Communication and Anthropology from American University and a PhD in Communication & Culture from Howard University

Dr. Mangum, is a 25 year retired Air Force veteran, who received an associate’s degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Education and Training Management from the Community College of the Air Force. Dr. Mangum also has earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University and later earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Counseling from Trinity College of the Bible and Trinity Theological Seminary.
