Rachael E. DuBose was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio by her paternal grandparents. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2006 from THE Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Education degree from the University of Dayton. Rachael’s passion for advocacy, education, healing from trauma, criminal justice, and fighting the stigma of mental illness, especially in historically excluded communities, shines through her community work as the owner of Be the Light.
