Lisa Anderson is a Chief HR Officer and a certified Leadership Coach who has 25 years of HR experience. She speaks on topics that focus on leadership topics for women who want to find their leadership voice, build their leadership courage, and increase their executive presence so that they can propel their careers. Her signature speech is titled “Invisible Professional to Influential Leader” where she gives tips on how to lead with influence.

For over 20 years, I've worked hard to become an expert in helping people learn to truly love themselves. With two master's degrees and my own successful counseling business, I know how to guide people on their journeys of self-acceptance and mental health.

I am the America’s N0 1 Perspective Engineer. I arrived in the USA as a refugee in 2009 fleeing persecution. I served as a member of Parliament and Government in Rwanda as well as Executive Director for an agency that resettled me in Knoxville- Tennessee. With my vast working experience, my first job was for $6,55 an hour. Because of my God’s given INTUMBERO, I kept being aligned with my vision, mindset, beliefs, and actions. I started to invest in myself and building relationships. I received the Champion for Change award from Church World Service and Community Shares. I was a Keynote speaker at the 4 th Annual Refugee Mental Health and Wellness conference, Success Fest 2021, and a panelist in different forums on diversity, women, empowerment… I help young and middle-aged women to overcome poverty, trauma, align with their perspective and thrive. “If you don’t invest you don’t harvest”- Drocella Mugorewera.

Dr. Raé N. Lundy is a licensed clinical psychologist, mental health activist, higher education administrator, and TEDx Speaker. Dr. Lundy was inspired by personal experiences of depression followed by years of working with young people in higher education. Dr. Lundy has designed a self-care model of services encouraging individuals to invest time and attention into their mental health. Her work is comprised of methods that decrease stress and guard against mental fatigue.

Dr. Mangum, is a 25 year retired Air Force veteran, who received an associate’s degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Education and Training Management from the Community College of the Air Force. Dr. Mangum also has earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration from Concordia University and later earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Counseling from Trinity College of the Bible and Trinity Theological Seminary.

Esther Dillard, a 2024 Gracies Award recipient, is a seasoned journalist, author, and public speaker known for her impactful storytelling. She reports for The Black Information Network and hosts "The Color Between the Lines" podcast, interviewing authors of color. With a rich background in media, including roles at WBGO-FM, KTVU-Ch2, and CBS-3, Esther also served as a communications professor at Bloomfield College, teaching various media and journalism courses.

Denisha Gingles, LCPC, BCBA, LBA is a dynamic counselor and social justice activist. Owner of a behavioral health organization, she pioneers creating sacred spaces for wellness and growth. As a formative researcher in the field of Behavior Analysis, Denisha merges social justice with behavioral science, driving systemic change and personal transformation. Her research and practice includes empowering individuals to overcome self-defeating behaviors and internalized anti-blackness, while focusing on Black liberation and collective freedom.

Marcia Blane, LPC, CHt, CCTS, is a licensed mental health therapist who assists clients with identifying the origin of trauma, creating new narratives, and empowering themselves to live an authentic life. Marcia Blane is a Licensed Professional Counselor, author, motivational speaker, clinical hypnotherapist, life coach, and podcast host. Marcia is the owner of Peculiar One Counseling and Consultant, which is located in the heart of Jonesboro, GA.

Cam F Awesome is a multiple National Champion Heavyweight Olympic Boxer and former Captain of the USA National Boxing Team. Cam shares his journey from being bullied in high school to becoming the #1 Heavyweight boxer in the USA.

Donna Scott is a wife, mom, speaker, author, professor, and Christian Marriage and Family Therapist. She offers the benefit of her professional experience and training combined with compassion and insight from God’s Word. With over 30 years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy in a variety of settings, she helps those with hurting hearts heal from relationship wounds.
