Dr. Sonya Smith-Watson has 29 years of experience in education at the elementary and secondary levels in the capacity of principal, instructional leadership, coaching, supervision, organizational strategic planning, and program management. Dr. Smith-Watson serves on educational committees, panel discussions, and provides professional development and coaching for educators.
