Dr. Tracy G. Crump is an accomplished educator and public service professional. She coaches high school and college students in preparedness, retention, and graduation. She also coaches higher education professionals in navigating the hiring process, retention, and tenure. Crump is the author of A.C.E.S. for Students: Strategies for Success in the First Year of College & Beyond. Her speaking topics include College Readiness; Navigating Academia; and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Justice (DEIBJ).
