Tricia is an expert trainer, coach and facilitator. In 2015 she co-founded HGVenture, a leadership and management consulting firm. She is on faculty at the Robert H Smith School of Business where she teaches Business Communication. In 2005, Tricia was awarded Miss Congeniality at the Miss Universe competition where she represented the US Virgin Islands.
